"Waste not, want not." While this family doesn't always live up to this proverb, we sure do try. In the spirit of wasting not, we decided to find a pin that could help us take care of all the Depression Bread that we made yesterday. Since this bread isn't necessarily too good for sandwiches, we settled on a good olive oil dip recipe. This was a recipe that was meant to replicate Carrabba's olive oil dip, but to be honest, it has been years since I have been there, so I didn't know what to expect.
One dip, and I was hooked. This was a great recipe, and what made it better is that we had all the ingredients on hand! This would be a great dip to serve when all the family is in town...I'm sure it will be a hit!
